Which courier do you use?
All our orders are shipped with DPD, Royal Mail, Parcel Force, or USPS and are insured until its delivery to the given address.
Once an order is placed, we aim to process them and deliver them within 1 to 2 days, even on weekends! After this, you will receive an email with your order and delivery details, in it you will find your unique tracking number so you can follow your parcel on its journey. We advise you to follow closely to make sure there is someone present on the day of delivery. If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel, the company will contact you to coordinate another delivery date. If the delivery is not possible, we will contact you to arrange another delivery.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make things right.
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
- Send your order number and reason for return to email@example.com
- We will then send you a shipping label and instructions on what to do next. Usually you would choose between a courier collection or local drop-off of the box.
- After we receive your return, we would either send your new item at no additional cost (if return reason is a defect) or issue your refund.
To receive your full refund (excluding shipping costs) please follow the steps above. Once we receive the parcel, we will issue your refund. We also offer shopping credit on Washein instead.
