We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us on email@example.com and we’ll make things right.
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
- Send your order number and reason for return to firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will then send you a shipping label and instructions on what to do next. Usually you would choose between a courier collection or local drop-off of the box.
- After we receive your return, we would either send your new item at no additional cost (if return reason is a defect) or issue your refund.
To receive your full refund (excluding shipping costs) please follow the steps above. Once we receive the parcel, we will issue your refund. We also offer shopping credit on Washein instead.
